Sicily is one of the most exciting destinations in Europe when it comes to ongoing volcanic activity.
Much of the island has been shaped by Etna and Stromboli is one of the very few places in the world where you are nearly guaranteed to witness a mini-eruption on your visit in a safe way.
Of course, Sicily offers much more, from mouth-watering Sicilian cuisine, excellent local wines and rich heritage, the island offers the perfect destination to experience some of Europe's oldest history and culture while getting active in a wonderful and unique natural setting. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling or body rafting in the mountainous areas while the crystal clear waters all around the island can be best explored by kayaking, fishing or snorkeling. We make sure that you will also have enough time to relax on the sandy beaches, enjoy the warm geothermal waters and experience authentic Sicilian gastronomy. The offshore islands are well connected by ferry and thanks to the modern motorway, the island is easy and fast to travel.
